I would pass. The body is rusted out and the engine needs some work. I would look at something else.

Those years I would just have it checked by a mechanic you trust the 4 liter is an awesome engine but within that range there were issues with timing chain whine and transmission intermix with coolant because of the internal cooler in the radiator. If there is no intermix and the chains are quiet it should run for a very long time for the right price. For the age and mileage I’m assuming it’s a cheaper purchase price
