is this crazy or does this make sense? $20,000 for a fully restored 1997 Chevy truck?

I saw this 1997 Chevy k3500 4x4 regular cab 120,000 miles for $20,000. This is a 24 year old truck. It is fully restored. Its got a 2002 Holley LQ4 6.0 LS swap, and a full 4l80e transmission rebuild, full front end rebuild, new shocks, 3' body lift, new fuel sending unit with new 20 gallon gas tank and fully repainted. Much more was done also. That all said would this still be worth all this money the guys asking for? I really do loves these generation Chevy trucks. I had a 1989 Chevy Silverado K2500 4x4 regular cab 5.7 V8 that my dad bought in 1997 for $9000 90,000 miles that was in the family 22 years. Unfortunate that it had to be scrapped because it was badly rusted on the body and frame and parts were falling off. I miss that truck and I saw this other one that reminded me so much of mine. What are your thoughts?

If you want to buy that truck, ask for documentation. Ask for proof (paperwork) that this car has gone through it's full restoration. If the proof is there, then it could be a good truck.

$20K for a fully restored truck is way too cheap.  I would be very suspicious of this.  A good paint job ( base, clear, color sand and buff) alone costs $7K-$10K.
