Hi Scotty and friends there these trucks where I work that is used for maintenance and plowing one of them is a new 2020 Ford F-350 that was used from a previous snow storm when we got more than a foot of snow while plowing and the whole drive shaft broke and The maintenance shop at work is getting the new one from Ford and fixing it themselves. I was wondering if this should of been under warranty because it’s a brand new truck or not because it’s for commercial business? And is it normal for drive shafts to break on these trucks? We also have a 2009 F350 at work that had the same problem.
I would say warranty, but good luck getting Ford to replace anything for free.
No it shouldn't happen, but that's just Ford quality for you.
Warranty probably doesn't cover plowing. Check the fine print.
