Drivebelt Replacement

I'm gonna replace the drivebelt on the old Ford Focus, it's the 2.3L engine and it's never been changed since I bought it from Pick N Pull 5 or 6 years ago. The three I'm considering are all about the same price, but which is the best? Or does it even matter?

AC Delco

Dayco

Gates

Oh yeah how long to coil on plugs last? It's been several years since I changed those too.

It doesn't matter.  Why change the coils if they are working?

Those are all fine

AC Delco if you can't get Goodyear. As far as the other question we need more info on your vehicle but generally after 150k they're on the way out.

Check them for continuity.

Well Goodyear isn't available so AC Delco it is. I don't have much experience with coil on plugs so I don't know how long they last. I replaced them when I got the car but it's been 6 years or so, maybe 60K miles.

Sounds premature for failure unless you got used or cheap aftermarket.

I had one set fail (who knows what brand, they were free) in under 10k.
