My 2006 Lexus ES330 needs a new driver side (left) wiper arm. Part # is85221 - 33210. My brother has one new from a 2006 Camry XLE part # 85221 - 33190 that looks the same I just got broken. Are these parts interchangeable? Could I use the spare one my brother has?

If it very close to the same size and fits securely over the stud, give it a try. If it doesn't flop around or hit anything you should be good to go.
