Hello Scotty! love the channel, I have a 2004 Toyota Corolla S with 85,000 miles and the driver side speaker does not work well you can bearly hear the music and it's not at the same volume as the other speakers, both the rear and right-front passenger side does work well (there are 4 speakers in total but only three work and there all original) I checked to see if there is current and there is, also checked the sound balancer and it is balanced, I also got that side speaker and plugged it into another corolla I have and it worked fine last I bought an aftermarket speaker (sony) and It behaved exactly like the original speaker, what could the problem be? help thank you in advance.

If the speaker is in the door, the wire could be partially broken from the flex of opening and closing the door since the driver's door is always used when you drive the car.

he said he can still hear the music faintly, so I don't think that's it
