I’ve changed the halogen bulb twice and checked for corrosion inside the socket. It’s clean. The fuse box lid doesn’t have a fuse diagram. It’s a 2017 Ford Escape SE automatic transmission. I bought it used. From a dealership in 2021 it now has 120.000 miles on the odometer. I just need to fix this asap. Thank you sir.
Have you checked for voltage at the socket? There are all kinds of things that can cause a headlight to stop working. Bad connections, fuses, and relays are the low hanging fruit, but beyond that you need to work with a wiring diagram and trace the circuitry out to find where the voltage stops. Since your car's headlights are operated through the body control module you may need a professional-grade bidirectional scan tool to find the fault if it's not something simple.

I recently went through this on my own car where the left headlight stopped working despite the light itself being good. Using a wiring diagram I traced the problem to a relay that operates a dash display for burned out bulbs. That's where the voltage stopped. Fortunately in my case that's not a vital function (it's just a simple analog circuit that monitors current passing through) and it was easy to wire around the problem to get the headlight working until I get a replacement for the failed relay.
