why is it that now that you moved customers wont let you test drive their cars.

Well he is new in the area it is possible that they don't know him well and/or don't trust him now but be sure that Scotty is a great guy give him a year or so and he will be back to his crazy life. It could also be revenge for him yelling and leading an orchestra in TN.
