Hi Scotty ,is it bad for an engine when driving for a long period of time without stopping except refilling. Thanks

Of course not, as long as you drive like a sane person. Engines were made to be driven. Every time you shut the car off, the car loses oil pressure and it will take a second to build back up once it restarts. Every time you shut the car off, you wear it out a tiny little bit, because there's a tiny bit of metal-on-metal rubbing until oil pressure reaches the furthest cylinder from the oil pump.
