Hey Scotty! I recently got a 2013 F-150 from a dealership. It's a 3.5L ecoboost with 140,000 miles and I got it for 19,000. It's running perfectly, but the other day I went to turn on the heater and no air was coming out. Same thing with the ac. when I turn the fan on you can hear a high pitch noise like it wants to turn on but it doesn't. I was reading online it could have to do with a broken fuse. What is your opinion?

You can check fuses and relays, but from your description it sounds like the fan motor needs to be replaced. A quick test would be to see if the motor is receiving power when switched on.

Fan blower motor, fan resistor, fan fuse or fan switch itself.  Check them all.
