Ecoboost problem on 2022 Ford Maverick?

Has Ford solved the coolant leakage problem in their Ecoboost engines? I have leased a 2022 Maverick but before I think about buying it I want to make sure that problem has been corrected. I had to replace an engine in my 2015 Fusion due to that problem. The plugs were galled to the head and broke off. It had 79000 miles on it

The verdict is still out but I would not buy one of those Mavericks they've had a lot of engine problems already with the stupid things realize vehicles made in Mexico are not the highest quality

I would not buy out the Ford Maverick:  long term reliability verdict is unknown but short term they’ve already had issues as Scotty alluded to.

The answer's in the history books. After GM, Chrysler and Ford moved production to Mexico, their quality went downhill and is going further downhill. Most of the recent Fusions were Made in Mexico, with a select few being made in Chicago as "overflow" production. Motorcraft electronics parts like the purge valve in my 2017 Mustang are Made in Mexico. Mine has failed once already, and my girlfriend's 2017 has failed twice. Any fixes will be band-aid enough to get the car out of the warranty period.

Scotty's story of GM putting chains over faulty motor mounts in the 60s to keep their poorly designed mounts from dropping engines out of cars instead of replacing them in the recall, Ford recalling my Mustang due to wiring problems in backup cameras instead of making them properly the first time really shows how concerned they are... Until bean counters and the shareholders' profits take a backseat, Ford doesn't care about problems.
