Hi Scotty. I have a 2018 Ford Ecosport SES trim and it's had nothing but problems. There is one problem that has been going on for 3 years and the dealership never fixed it. From time to time for no reason I can understand or replicate when I put the car in reverse the back end makes a loud bang and the entire car shakes. Do you have any advice as to what the problem could be? Thank you have a great day.

Generally that made Jesus a transmission of the rear differential was going out
