2 noises I’ve been hearing Turning steering wheel sounds like a flat tire that started today and my truck sounds like a diesel I’ve been to Ford and other mechanics they say nothing is wrong the diesel sound i noticed it at 70K miles I’m at 92K it also hesitates sometimes I’ve been told it’s just the engine 5L that’s in the vehicle coyote engine just had spark plugs changed I’m thinking I need my timing belt/chain replaced for the hesitation
