Hey Scotty,
I have a 2009 Chevy Trailblazer LT with a 4.0. 108k miles
recently I saw a video about converting to E85, whats your thoughts about this product?

Thanks!
100% don't do it
it's not just a matter of tolerating the ethanol. Ethanol contains less chemical energy, so E85 engines require physically BIGGER fuel injectors to push more fuel into each cylinder.
This only thing this gadget will convert is your hard earned income, into merchants profit.
The computer also needs some reliable way of detecting how much ethanol is in your fuel lines. The only way to do this is with a dedicated sensor.
E85 also opens a whole can of worms you DON'T want to be dealing with.
Considering how complex the electrical systems are on computerized vehicles, plus all the parts that would need to be updated to withstand 85% ethanol, you'll likely be in a world of hurt installing something like that. If you want to run E85 you'd be better off buying a vehicle designed for it at the factory.
You have a 12 year old GM vehicle with over 108,000 miles on it and I would just leave it as is. You don’t want to compromise the vehicle’s reliability with a dubious kit. As they say “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
