I recently used my battery to see if any gas was coming out of the fuel line on my 1979 ford F-250. but now when i put the truck on the battery it doesn't do squat. i've even switched terminals in case i put it the wrong way and charged it on 10 Amps for an hour. and i actually don't know the mileage bc i believe it may have turned over. can i be helped out? oh and its an automatic transmission

You could have fried the starter relay. Check it.
