Today, my 2000 started running loudly. Almost like there was no muffler on it. (which there is) I researched and said it could be a bearing issue. But The loudness is continuous, whether driving or parked. It is pretty loud and can feel a little bit of it on the floorboard.

Check it for a cracked exhaust manifold.
