Hi so recently bought a flooded Acura Tl 2004 fast forward some fixes I got the car running last step is to put my seats back before I get my insurance and registration. Put passenger seat back in it works good no problems. Ok. Some background when I got the car and started taking the seats out to clean all the water out it was extremely hard to remove the seat as it was slid all the way forward the guy told me he doesn't drive like that so I assume the water must've short circuited something that caused the seat to slide all the way forward. I managed to get it out but i could already tell im going to have some problems on that seat because of how I found it all the way up. now im putting the seat back in and decided to check if it was gonna work so i put the seat near the door of the car connected the wires to it and tested to see if it would move which it didnt so i disconnected the woires back and left the seat sitting in the car i dont know what part i need to change or if i need to clean more wire connectors as i used an electrical cleaner only to clean the two plugs i unplugged to take the seat out which is the main power for the seat and an plug that goes to the airbag. the parts i think might have to change would probally be one of the motors or i guess "the computer" a black box under the seat i assume all electrical cars have one or its got a computer cause the car has a driver 1 driver 2 automatic seat posistion "not sure thats what it is". i have a multimeter wanted to use it to test if it could be because even after reconnecting its not getting power cause its not clean enough but dont really know how to use it. i would just spray all the connections and see if that fixes anything but i ran out of electrical cleaner so until i get more i dont know what else i could do or what to do afterwards if spraying more cleaner doesnt work

A flooded car with electric seats and you expect this to all 'work out' somehow {black}
