I am looking to buy a 2008 scion tc with 5-speed manual transmission with 124,000 miles. I would like to know your opinion on the engine and transmission and its reliability and how much I should pay for the car. Asking price is 7,500. Vin number is JTKDE167780242608

If it has the 2.4 engine those are prone to oil burning.
