If you're having O2 sensor heater circuit codes on all 4 O2 sensors then pop the cover on the underhood fuse box and check if the fuse labeled "HEGO" has fried.

The power to all 4 of the O2 sensors' heaters is protected by that single fuse and if there's damaged insulation on the wire of just 1 of the O2 sensor's and it shorts to ground it will fry that fuse and cut off power to all 4 O2 sensor heaters and you'll get codes being thrown on all 4 of the O2 sensors' heater circuits.
