I Drive a 2014 Lexus IS350 with about 14k miles on it. Recently it has starting making this faint rattling noise that seems to be coming from the underside of the car, what do you think it most likely could be? see link for video of the sound https://youtube.com/shorts/U12mFhZWU-I?feature=share

Well I'd be guessing for just the noise I'd have to pinpoint it see my video finding the source of car noises Scotty. I need to get a machine like that or have a mechanic with one pinpoint the sound

Did you try looking underneath?
