I have a 2018 ford mustang ecoboost with 51,000 miles on it with a rough start for first crank over then goes away with check engine light with misfire cylinder 4. Use a oil catch can and 93 gas. Catch can shows rusty looking fluid in it for first time thats halfway full. Usually it just has minimum oil in it barely quarter full. No white smoke or loss of power. A couple times after fill up gas it would surge rpm once a little then go away. Mechanic did induction cleaning it went away for 3 weeks and then cane back. Spark plugs were replaced as well. What could it be

Swap the coil on cylinder 4 with another cylinder, erase the code and see if the code follows the cylinder.
Alright will do and ill let you know the verdict thanks
