Engine electrical wire severed by crankshaft belt

Hi Scotty, I have a 2003 Lexus ES300 with 212000 miles. The brackets on the engine electrical harness is broken. The brackets are located near the crankshaft pulley. The wire is loose and have been rubbing up against the crankshaft pulley belt which severed the wire. My questions are, is that wire a stand alone wire and do you know the part number and where the other end leads to? Or can I splice the wire together and find some way to make a makeshift bracket to hold it in place? Or do I need a whole new engine electrical wiring harness system? Thank You.

I would splice the wire and get some kind of retainer going. Hopefully that will be enough.

Thanks for advice
