Scotty,
I have a 2009 Toyota Sienna with 110,000 miles. The engine immobilizer light has suddenly started coming on after turning the car off and when a door is opened while idling.
I did just get a lightbulb replaced 1 day ago while getting the car inspected. I’m not sure if this would cause this problem.

Any codes? Also try a different key/fob & see if you get a different result, if that's the case you found your culprit.
