Hello Scotty I recently purchased a 1995 toyota 4runner sr5 v6 3.0l automatic with 177k miles and the motor is known for head gasket failures it started smoking just a little on a warm day with white smoke.. should I rebuild or shouod I 5vzfe swap it?

You have a blown head gasket. You need to get the heads rebuilt and installed with new head gaskets. Use ARP studs this time instead of the cheap, failure prone Toyota head bolts.
