I have a 2009 Honda civic that i bought as a project car and have replaced bassically everything on. The car is starting to have an increasingly worse case of stalling when turning at low speeds, and losing all power going up a steep hill. The car is reading no codes on my snap on scanner however im thinking its a bad fuel pump; would this be the case?
Clarification: Be specific - what have you already replaced? Also, what is the mileage on the vehicle?

It could be. Pressure test the fuel line.
