I know a few videos ago a person was saying their Hyundai blower fan was turning off when the engine shut off at idle. I had a friend that has a Chevy Malibu that would do the same thing. In this case it was a bed accessory battery. It's a small battery in the trunk.

Some turn off the air, some don't. Different manufacturers design their systems to operate different ways. But thank you for sharing as your solution may work for others with a GM product. 🙂
