Can I use 5w30 GF-6 full synthetic on 2003 Honda Civic with automatic transmission with 10421 miles in it. I'm using 5w30 GF-5 full synthetic.

Yes. GF6 meets and exceeds all GF5 specifications

Use the grade of oil as stated in your owner's manual.
