Hi I have a2021 Jeep gladiator I mistakenly put 5w-20 engine oil instead of 0w-20 synthetic drove it a couple of miles and changed the oil to ow-20 will driving it on the 5w-20 damage the engine?

It's fine. Just don't do it again. 5W is a cold weight of 5. 0W is a cold weight of 0. Your car was designed to use 0W oil, not 5W oil. Your engine would wear out faster during warm-up time if you kept using the 5W oil.

A couple of miles will not hurt it at all.
