I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand AM GT with 159,000 miles. When I turn the car on, it makes a squeaking noise at the power steering pump pulley. When I spray the serpentine belt with water the noises go away and back to normal. There is no issue with the power steering itself, and it is full of good fluid. Do I need to replace the pulley or is there something else I can do. If I have to replace the pulley will I have to take off the pump? Thanks... Here's a video

try replacing the belt first. While it's off, check each pulley by hand.
Check the tensioner
