Hello everyone,
Just changed the oil in my 2017 Civic naturally aspirated 2.0L. The oil on the dipstick is just a little above (it's hard to tell) the full level. I'm reading everywhere online that it won't do anything as long as it's not half a quart to a full quart over the full line. It's hard to disagree, since I don't see how a tiny bit of extra oil will hurt anything, but just wanted to confirm that, thanks

It will probably be fine, but try not to overfill in the future.
