Hi scotty.

I'm wondering if a K&N filters are any good for a car, because I have heard several mixed opinions and I want to know for sure if its good or not. In my case I'm thinking in putting one in a 2008 Toyota Corolla with a 2 liter diesel engine with 612000 km. Thanks

Meh, if you are just buying a filter and not doing a whole cold air intake, I'd probably go with one that does not require oiling. Overoiling is the number one issue with K&N filters as most people put too much oil on them after cleaning which then can cause problems with your MAF sensor.

I'd look at a good AFE filter. They have some very good flowing dry filter options.
