Auto parts scammer online. Help

Scotty, I sincerely hope you read this. It's pertaining to an online auto parts company intentionally scamming people and it desperately needs to get out. There's a long history with carparts.com pulling this scam and I didn't believe it until it happened to me. They send you the wrong part intentionally and then will charge you a restocking fee for returning it. Then there's the cost of having to mail it back. Plus they put additional charges in n your card without your permission. Just look them up. See consumer affairs and BBB complaints. I ordered 2 headlight assembly for a 2012 Chevrolet and they sent me a headlight assembly for a 2005 Jetta. It's their mo. They do the same thing all the time to their customers and you can't understand customer service. I don't even know if they're in this country. It's a scam. Please research this yourself and you'll find it's not just some disgruntled customer, but rather an ongoing issue. No one seems to do anything About it and they keep taking money out of the hands of working mechanics like myself and innocent people. I'll never do business with them again, but you could get the word out and help a lot of people. Thank you Scotty. Bill {black}:resent:

You should call your credit card company. They will probably refund your money, and they might come after the merchant.

Well I rarely buy parts online I usually buy local I always warn people about online car stuff

I won't any more either. Tried it a few times and it finally caught up with me. Too many crooks. These people stole $300 from me and apparently I have no recourse. Or so it seems.

Dispute the charges with your credit card company. I've had this happen on occasion, and they'll investigate it for you.
