I have a 2015 Honda Accord 2.4L with 180, 000 kms. My starter went out recently and I changed it. Since then once very 5 weeks or so the vechicle struggles to start and once its on lights like check engine, power steering, ABS and TPMS (blinking) comes on. After 3 starts and little bit of driving the vehicle goes back to normal and the lights goes off too. What could be the issue. Thanks

I don't see how. The possible causes of P0339 do not include anything having to do with the starter, or anything replacement of the starter is likely to affect. You need to troubleshoot the potential issues:

Multiple separate systems going down at the same time usually indicates the ground they're all wired to has a bad connection to the engine block or vehicle body. Or a computer network communication issue.
Since the check engine light turns on that means there should be codes stored. What are they?
@chucktobias P0339 crankshaft position sensor A circuit intermittent ...But I took it to a Honda dealer and they changed the sensor and it was good for sometime and now I am facing the same issue brother. I had a random mechanic put a starter in, do you think it might be a starter issue which is tripping all these codes? Should I have to get a OEM starter?
