Is there an engine oil dye which can be used so see the oil level on the stick. I have a hard time seeing the oil on the dipstick. I know there is UV dye but I am asking is there is a regular dye to make it red or green so it is seen easily?

Clean oil is sometimes hard to see on the dipstick.
Try laying the dipstick on a paper towel.
The area of the dipstick with oil on it will blotch wide.

Clean off the dipstick with carb cleaner and use a paint pen to color in between the low and full marks. You'll be able to easily read the oil level.
