Hi Scotty,
My car, a Daewoo matiz m300 2010 (i live in korea so it's a korean model of chevy spark) (105000kms) is making a metallic rattling/gurgling sound when accelerating in low gears or going up hill. Checked obd 2 with code p2300 and p0711. Took it to my mechanic and couldn't find any issues. The sound is on and off for a few months.
Sometimes the sound is there and sometimes there is no sounds for a few days.
Spark plugs have 3000kms on them and the fan belt and bearings have 1000kms. Had my oil changed last month.

I would check exhaust shields I’d the noise is inconsistent they can come and go with temperature
