I have 1999 Tacoma V6 with 247000+ miles . Engine shakes a lot at 50+ mph. Engine light turns on and off and sometimes flashes. Already changed the timing belt, spark plugs and cables and coil packs. Codes P0303, P0171, P0302, P0300. I also changed the O2 sensor. Help please if you can. Thanks

P0171 indicates a lean condition which has a long list of potential causes.

Try changing the fuel filter

Sounds like a fuel delivery issue on high demeaned. Check your fuel filter, if thats not clogged its probably your fuel pump.
