Engine stalls after its warm on crank up

Hey Scotty, I have a 2014 ford transit connect. It is a 4 cyl I believe 2.5l no turbo.

When the van is cold on crank up it runs perfectly. It’ll do over 100mph on the highway no problem.

my issue is after it gets warm if I turn it off and start it up again it stalls out. I have to give it a little gas when I start it up when it’s warm to keep it running.

after 1 or two little revs it will maintain idle at about 750rpm and be fine.

any chance you can point me in the right direction? No engine codes so it’s not misfiring.

going to change the air filter to see if it helps but it wasn’t terribly dirty

Van has 132000 miles. I figured it’s either an air problem or fuel problem. Thanks

Mileage on odo?

Start with cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor.

After cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor like @yaser said, clean or replace the fuel injectors.  And don't drive at 100 mph.
