Hey Scotty I just need to know if a Mazda 5 With 116,000 miles on it is a goodbye for a first time driver purchasing it from the original owner for 5K

This lady had a legit concern two years after buying her a brand new car, but I personally know the guy that owns the car and bought it brand new, he meticulously maintained his cars in this car is super clean. It’s made in Japan my only concern is last with proper maintenance
