Engine stalls at low speeds

Hi Scotty, I got a 2000 Mercedes Benz SLK 230. Bought it used with 155,000 miles now I have 161000 miles. My engine has been stalling lately, but there is no check engine light. It did stall a few months back with no codes, but I changed the spark plugs and it worked fine for about 4 months. Then recently my car stalled at highway speed, again no codes, so I replaced the crank shaft position sensor since it was a common fault on these vehicles. However; after about 2 weeks my car suddenly stalled again, this time it was when I was slowing down at a stop light at low rpms. I had to pull over to the side, but my car would not crank, but all the dash lights would turn on. I was able to get it started with a jump starter. I did replace the alternator and battery within the last 3 months. My mechanic checked the voltage on those and they were good. Currently my mechanic and I are trying to figure out what the problem is since there is no code. I left it at their shop, but they cannot get it to stall. I suspect it might be IAC or maybe fuel pump/filter. What do you think?

Did you load test the battery and alternator?

Also, pressure test the fuel pump. I would check the battery connections and the grounds as well.

I did check the battery and alternator, the voltage was good. I will for sure check the fuel pump pressure and grounds. I also might change the fuel filter since I have no idea if it was even replaced. Thank you for the tips.
