Engine tyranny replacement

I have a 2005 Ford E150 cargo van I use on my locksmith business. It has 326,000 miles on the engine (4.6l) and transmission. I have a quart of oil every 3000 miles, change the oil 5K full synthetic. I have done 90% of the work myself regular fluid services, brakes etc. What is my life expectancy on power train? If something happens to either engine or tyranny, should I replace the van with a low milage replacement van or put rebuilds in?

Wow, that kind of mileage. I can guarantee at some point in time the transmission will go out. That's the weakest point. But I'm like I used to so if you're getting that kind of mileage out of that thing I probably would put a transmission in it
