Please I need you valuable advice.

I have been suffering for quite some time from the below error code. In the first 30 min of car running the car hesitates and stumbles when you press the gas pedal. And if going downhill with no input on the fuel pedal the engine sounds varies ( not always).

The car is c230 kompressor 2005 with around 200k miles. The transmission oil has been changed + spark plugs + vaccum lines has been resvisited. The catalyst has been removed.

The car is indriveable in the first 30 min to 45 min but when it gets hot enough the symptoms are not noticable . the engine reach operating temperature after 10 to 15 min (80 degree celcius).

Please I need your valuable opinion, I dont trust mecanic . I usually drive slow and I press the gas pedal slowly where on the highway I rarely exeed 60 miles/ hour
