1999 Cadillac Escalade, 4x4 190k miles
Was at orileys checking out, buying u joints for my suburban. And this lady next to me says *I got a escalade prob with same exact parts* and im thinking what is she talking about. Got her contact info.
Went to check out car, and the inside and under the hood look exactly the same as my suburban, I was like wth.
So is the 1999 escalade the same exact engine and trans as the 99 suburban?
Ended up buying it for 1500, bad inner tie rods.
Oil is black but Runs smooth, starts right up, no blowby. Doing a oil change tomorrow.

Yeah, the Escalade is just a fancy version of the suburban. There is no real Cadillac company and there hasn't been for ages. They're just rebadged and somewhat fancier GM products
