Hey Scotty I have a 1999 Chevy S 10 2.2L four-cylinder. It has 116,000 miles on it, I have a small Evap leak, the code is P0440, i’ve changed the gas cap twice it didn’t work, I noticed that my gas gauge whenever it’s almost low on gas it moves back-and-forth, would a bad fuel pump cause this code?

For got to mention, i’ve replaced it Charcoal canister, purge solenoid, vent solenoid and some hose in the engine bay as well
