truck idles rough / hunting idle when sitting still.
when accelerating / driving uphill forward end makes a loud scraping noise. Could be coming from the 4x4 hubs but hard to tell
I have heard this could be a symptom of a vacuum leak potentially causing both issues. Dealership has been just about useless so any help would be greatly appreciated
I had to dl and listen several times. Sounds sort of like a dragging tailpipe, only up front?
Could be loose dust cover on front brake, even a loose heat shield on engine. Rather hard to tell from a video.. You might check those, see if any are loose.
A heat shield or brake guard was my first thought but I haven’t been able to find anything loose that would make that noise.
it also only occurs uphill when under acceleration which is what was making me think it’s something to do with the vacuum system or 4x4 hubs
