I have a 2012 Impala with the clicking from the HVAC actuators. The accurators will start clicking without the key thing that ignition and you simply walking near the car I need to start clicking. I pulled four fuses from the fuse panel on the passenger side kick panel and he started clicking with the fuse remover from the fuse box. Do you can you figure out what might be happening before I spend money replacing the actuators

the blend doors can warp with heat and dislodge, causing the mechanism to grind. All you can do is get in there and see. If the gears are all chewed up you have to replace the actuator. There's no "figuring" just looking with eyeballs.
