What should I be on the lookout for when buying a 2000 f150 4x4 4-speed 5.4 xtra-cab w/225mi. No rust or damage. What it's worth? Good paint too.

The key one is spark plug ejection from the engine and there was a TSB issued for that:

It isn't worth much. Many factors to consider but I'd say no more than $3000, and thats if its in good mechanical shape.
