I have a 2017 F150 platinum 4x4 with 90 thousand km. It was getting great gas mileage and then about 85000 it started dropping. The dealer recommended the spark plugs be changed so I did and now the mpg has gotten worse. The truck has all of its maintenance up to date. I will add ford has disabled the 4x4 previously due to noises in the front drivers side (only in 4x4) which they have been unable to resolve.

Did you use OEM plugs purchased from a reputable source?
