I have a 2019 F150 XLT 2.7L Sport, and the passenger side headlight adjuster is not working. I can turn it with a Phillips as intended but no adjustment happens. Can the adjuster assembly be removed and replaced? Is there a work around for this? TY

Well, the problem is most of that crap is turning the plastic and they sheer off. Good luck finding parts for that but you might try a junkyard. They might sell you the whole assembly cheap enough and you could just on bolt it and bolt one in it isn't broken
