f150 need help understanding sensor voltages

I have a new to me 2006 f150, 4.6l v8 with 143k miles. Recently had a p0706 code which was a bad connector check engine light went away after soldering in a new connector, but now I have other issues and a p0446 check engine light. When looking at the evap system vapor pressure it's -1571.75 and doesn't change and a commanded evap purge of 53%. This makes me think it's the fuel vapor vent valve. I also replaced the gas cap.

When coming to a stop sometimes the rpms will bounce around from 300-600 and eventually settle around 500. When looking at the diagnostic sensors there are a few that don't seem to be right. I'll mention those, but will also upload all the sensor data. O2B2 and O2B1 short term fuel trim is n/a%. Also short term fuel trim on bank 1 and bank 2 don't change when coming to a stop like the long term fuel trim data does. Could it be that those sensors have malfunctioned and when coming to a stop the engine is running rich and almost stalling? The car starts, drives, and shifts great. Any help would be appreciated. -Thanks

Odds are that the issue is the EVAP purge valve being stuck. You can do the smoke test to confirm that.
