My issue is that about every 6-8 months I'm having to replace the oil pressure switch because it blowing a hole in the top and gives me low oil pressure warnings, what could be causing this?  I have used Motorcraft, Standard, and BWD brands, everything I research and been told is just faulty switch but I have a hard time believing I am getting this many bad switches 😡

Well I've never personally seen that but make sure you twerk the oil pressure switch on correctly if too tight it can actually strain it. But just out of curiosity you might remove it and put a regular oil pressure gauge attachment to it and see if for some reason your oil pressure is insanely high if that happens it would be blowing the top off of good switches from too much pressure which can happen if some oil galleys get clogged up if they get clogged that restricts the flow when can make the pressure behind them go extremely high
